Return and Refund Policy
At Brado India, we strive to offer the best quality products and a seamless shopping experience for both individual customers and wholesale buyers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the policy carefully, especially the terms applicable to B2B wholesale orders.
1. Eligibility for Returns
– Retail Orders: Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
– Wholesale/B2B Orders: Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products. Due to the nature of bulk purchasing, returns for wholesale orders based on preference or unsold stock will not be accepted.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
– Products that are customized, perishable, or made to order are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
1. Initiating a Return:
– Retail Orders: Contact customer support at support@bradoindia.com or +919886637746 within 7 days of receiving the order.
– Wholesale Orders: Contact us within 3 days of delivery if your bulk order contains defective or damaged items. Provide proof of damage (photos or videos) when you initiate the return.
2. Return Approval:
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Shipping:
– For approved returns, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
– Retail customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns, unless the product is damaged or defective.
– Wholesale buyers will have return shipping handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the defect or issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
– Final sale and clearance items
– Gift cards
– Opened personal care items (e.g., hygiene products)
– Wholesale orders unless they contain defective or damaged products
4. Refund Process
Retail Orders: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within **7-10 business days.
– Wholesale Orders: In cases of damaged or defective items in bulk orders, you will be eligible for either a refund or replacement based on the agreement. Refunds for B2B orders will be processed within **10-15 business days after the return is inspected and approved.
5. Exchange Policy
– Retail Orders: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for exchanges.
– Wholesale Orders: Exchanges will be allowed only in cases of damage or defect.
6. Shipping Costs
– Retail Customers: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
– Wholesale Buyers: Return shipping for defective or damaged items will be handled as per the agreement for the bulk order. Non-defective returns are not accepted for wholesale buyers.
7. B2B Wholesale Orders – Additional Terms
– Due to the large volume of wholesale orders, we encourage buyers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. Any concerns about defects or damages must be reported within **3 days** of delivery.
– B2B orders are final and non-returnable, except for products that are proven to be defective or damaged.
8. Changes to the Policy
Brado India reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
