Print box function:
In an office where multiple users share a single MFP, there is always a risk of information leakage due to printed jobs getting mixed in together or users forgetting to remove jobs from the machine. To prevent such problems, the product has a print box function. Print data is assigned to a box from the PC and can be printed by selecting the box number on the machine”s LCD screen.
High-compression A3 Color scanning:
A3 color scanning featured as standard. This function is ideal for making electronic files from designs, manuscripts, and other materials that have been corrected in colored pen. The product also supports high compression PDFs, making it possible to generate scan data that is significantly smaller than regular PDF formats.
